Bookings
Premier Sport offers an online booking service, once the booking form has been completed and submitted, payment in full received and the booking validated by Premier Sport you will be sent confirmation of your booking via the email address you have provided. Bookings are subject to our website terms and conditions which are hereby incorporated.
Receiving email acknowledgement of payment is confirmation of your request to book a child on a Premier Sport activity.
For safety reasons we can only guarantee a place on ANY camp or course to those booking in advance. Those that arrive on the day will not be guaranteed a place on the activity.
Before booking please ensure your child is able to attend the activity and meets the conditions for such event as listed on our website.
All bookings and payment protection are subject to the right to cancel in writing (by fax or e-mail to us) within seven (7) calendar days from the date that you receive e-mail acknowledgement of the booking pursuant to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Outside of this seven (7) day period all bookings confirmed by us are final and non-refundable unless you have paid for payment protection with us at the time of booking which allows you to change or cancel a booking.
If you have not taken payment protection with us and you want to change the booking please notify Premier Sport as soon as possible giving full reasons why. Premier Sport will at its discretion try and accommodate any request to change a date or venue, please note any change will be subject to an administrative fee.
Promotions
Premier Sport from time to time offers promotions in the event that you have been issued with a promotional code this code must be redeemed and used in accordance with the terms and conditions of that promotion and these terms and conditions.
Payment
Premier Sport accepts credit/debit card as methods of payment but all credit/debit card payments are subject to a 49p charge which charge will be added to your booking.
Telephone bookings are subject to a £3.50 administration charge which we will add to the price at the time of booking and advise you of.
Child Protection
All Premier Sport staff hold current child protection and CRB certification. In the event that a child makes a disclosure or a member of staff believes that the child is suffering from abuse we will act in accordance with our child protection policy, a copy is available on request.
Film/Photography
Premier Sport may from time to time take photographs/film of Premier Sport camps and clubs, the use of this data is solely for the purpose of promoting and publicising Premier Sport events through Premier Sport literature, website, press and TV.
Parents/guardians that do not wish for their child to be photographed/filmed must make Premier Sport aware of this at the time of booking or in writing before the activity starts (where possible Premier Sport will inform parents/guardians at the start of a camp).
Premier Sport will hold all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Personal Property
Premier Sport cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst attending a Premier Sport event. Please ensure that no valuables are taken to the venue by your children.
Health & Safety
A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place at a new venue. Premier Sport coaches a hold a current emergency aid certificate issued by an appropriate body.
For safety reasons it is compulsory for all attendees to wear shin pads on a Premier Sport Camp which involves football, hockey or another contact sport.
Premier Sport reserves the right to refuse permission to participate for any child not wearing shin protection.
It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure appropriate clothing is worn and/or available for their child for the activity provided and weather conditions.
Medical information
Any medical conditions that participant may have must be fully disclosed (1) at the time of booking in writing to Premier Sport at registration and (2) to the lead coach on the camp or at the venue.
Liability
Premier Sports Ltd. has Public Liability insurance with cover provided by International Insurance Company of Hannover Limited.
Other than in relation to death, personal injury, or property damage, where Premier Sports or its staff is proven to be negligent, Premier Sports liability to you is limited to the booking fee paid by you.
Programme Changes
In the event that Premier Sport has to cancel an event for any reason, a full refund will be issued to the person who booked, no written request is required.
In the event of inclement weather, all Premier Sport events have suitable indoor areas to change, meet and eat lunch, and suitable indoor activities will be organised to replace the outdoor activities at the discretion of Premier Sport staff.

Complaints
In the unlikely event that you or your child are dissatisfied with the service we provide then please in the first instance raise it with the activities senior coach at the event. He/she will deal will the problem in accordance with our policies and procedures. If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction then please write to our customer services team info@premiersport.org within 7 days of child’s attendance on the course.
We take your views and complaints very seriously and will endeavour to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.
Refunds will only be issued if Premier Sport is proven to be in breach of our terms & conditions.
Holiday Camp shop
Premier Sport offers a variety of products during Chewits Sport Holiday Courses at lunch and break time for participants of courses which may be bought. Items include fresh fruit, non-fizzy drinks, crisps and confectionary.
Premier Sport’s healthy eating policy is reinforced throughout our camps and courses and on literature. Staff will encourage children to eat their packed lunches before buying from the camp shop. For more information on Premier Sports nutritional tips please visit www.premiersport.org.
