Beacon Status for Premier Sport Coach - 16th May 2011
Premier Sport PE and Sport Advisor Craig Lovelock has been awarded Beacon Status after completing a number of assessments and training courses over the past 12 months.

Craig who has been working for Premier Sport since April 2010 is qualified in a variety of sports including Basketball and Gymnastics.
He works in a number of schools throughout Suffolk and has become very popular with children, parents and teachers alike.
Excellence in delivery is at the heart of what Premier Sport do and even our newest coaches are: Minimum NGB Level 2 qualified in a sport, suitably qualified in the sports coached, behaviour management trained, and assessed to a 90 point criteria at least twice a year.
Our instructors have also received lesson planning, pedagogy, differentiation and child assessment training, and must pass an Ofsted style inspection to 70 per cent of above.
Our Beacon Instructors like Craig must pass two Ofsted style inspections to 90 per cent or above and an external assessment verification of 90 per cent plus grading.
From there, our staff can progress to eventually reach Staff Trainer, therefore delivering high quality coaching staff nationally.
